This doesn't concern me (since I have unlimited usage)

What period does it give for Your current billing period and the Total usage this month on the usage summary page?

Just looked at mine (I'm on the legacy Unlimited) and it shows 9th June to 8th June.

This might be a side effect of the recent change to remove mention of our "0GB" monthly allowance from the usage summary box.
Does the problem also occur for those not on an unlimited product?

Two days into the new billing cycle yet the VMBU still shows last month's total (the latest bill has been produced and the phone credit set back to it's usual amount).
There's nothing showing for off-peak last night yet there was a download going all through the night.
Viewing usage history show correctly for 9th April to 8th May and 9th May to 8th June but it's still giving me a final period of 9th June to 8th June although the 'Monthly Usage in Detail' above that is correct!
As I mentioned above being on the legacy Unlimited it's not a major issue but it is nice to see what traffic I am using on a daily basis.
Edit: Just noticed there's no peak showing for yesterday but there is off-peak. Looking at the amount it seems that the VMBU is not showing anything from around 2/3 in the morning.

I've a feeling it's going to affect any account that collates it's headline usage figures from our traffic management platform. This is typically any account that doesn't bill for additional usage e.g. Premier, Unlimited, Broadband Plus etc.
My account seems to be the same. I've the nonsensical usage period and practically no usage showing for the last couple of days (ignore the odd billing period below the one I've highlighted, that's caused by me switching profiles earlier in the week to test something).
We're looking into it and will provide more info as we have it ...

This isn't a major issue since I'm on unlimited.
On a similar subject, was there any reason for the detailed usage figures to change after the site revamp on 17/18th June.

Service status says it's been fixed.
Mine now shows the correct total up to yesterday but still nothing for today. Perhaps it will catch up later - still thanks for getting it sorted Smiley

Yep, usage is processing again though it will take some time to catch up (probably most of the night to be honest). Sorry for the hassle, I'm keeping an eye on this one.

If you're taking about historic usage figures then no (it's a bit hard to interpret the data in the code tags). The raw historic data should be the same. There may have been some aesthetic changes though.
