Billing dates and call centre is rubbish

Hi

 

They set up a DD date of 17th despite I requested be 2nd of each month.

 

Each time I call I get a wait of 30 mins. Then after waiting 45 I give up.

 

Other then cancelling the DD what else can I do?

I believe billing dates and hence DD dates are based on the date your service went live and cannot be requested. We have been promised the implementation of a new billing system for at least three years when that will be available though Funny

Sounds very antiquated. It was one of the parts I went through when signing up.

Im guessing I will have to log a complaint as I wouldnt of signed up other wise.
