Billing dates (again).

Hi folks.
On the subject of billing dates, would I be correct in assuming that my plusnet bill will continue to be generated on the same date of every month meaning that payment in some months is due a day earlier than months with only 30 days in them? Thank you.

Hi @Sewing65,

I can confirm that our bills are generated on the same day of each calendar month. So, for example if your bill date is the 5th of the month your bill will be generated on the 5th of each month and that the length of each month will not affect this.
