Billing date 18th- Joining Be* on the 21st ?

With this  questionable 5 day MAC system the Migration date to be is now the 21st of March due to way the weekned dates fall.
The Billing date for plusnet is on the 18th, so their will be a potental 3 day difference.
What happens ? will plusnet bill those extra 3 days ?
Its down to that 5 day MAC System
If I'd given be the order yesterday the  Migration date would of been the 17th or 18th pairing nicely with the end of the billing cycle.

Ignore when you actually got your MAC, your 10 day notice starts the day you requested your MAC. Any payments due between now and migration will be taken as normal. Providing the day migration actually occurs is after that date you will be refunded proportionally.

Monday the 7th of March was the request date. Mac finally released this morning so today makes it the 5th day out of the 10.
So does it mean the Direct Debit will be taken on 18th for the full  amount & it will be recredited 28 days later ( looking at other posts concerning DD)
Its a  disapointing.

why dont you move over on the 18Th? that is more than 10 days, and you will have your MAC by then

Its BT I'm told.
18th is the Friday, 21st is the Monday.
Order went stright to Be* as soon as the MAC was finally released. Be* submitted the order & 21st what BT came back with. Be* is shared  LLU so the MAC was required before I could submit the order.
I tried to get the dates paired ,so it would save me & plusnet any potential billing hassels.
Maybe Plusnet can help get the migration date moved sooner as it would help them with the direct debt issues ?

I recently moved from PN to o2 (be) , I migrated just before my billing date, however PN never received the signal from O2/Be that the migration had completed so billed me on my next billing date, however I've since had a refund invoice raised and afaik the direct debit was cancelled before it was taken, I'd make sure you raise a ticket on the day your migration completes just incase you have the same situation I had!

Hi Mand,
Can seem to find your reponse.  This one from Robert  popped up though?
"As the system will generate another invoice, it will take another full month by Direct Debit, however once the migration completes and the Direct Debit is showing as cleared, we will be able to refund the overcharge back to your account."
