I am due my bill on the 13th and tried to check how much it is, I could only go in with the phone bill not in internet? Am I to assume this is an accident on your part and if not, what is going on?
Hi there, Your broadband bill isn't actually generated until your billing date, though you should be able to get a fair idea of what the charge will be from what you've paid previously?
