Billing Problems on the Horizon?

I've just logged into my account area since transferring broadband and phone line to another provider, and I noticed this...

I left on the 20th of February and my billing period was from 9th Feb' to 8th March, so I don't think there should be any more bills due.

 

Could a member of staff check this, please.

I'm sorry for the confusion there has been on the account surrounding the closure of the account and payments due. I've taken a look into this and as my response contains account specific information, a ticket has been created here for you to view.
