Billing Problem



I have a problem whereupon my most recent bill is significantly higher compared to all my previous bills.


The vast majority of my previous bills have been around £32, whereas my bill for this month is £43.85. I don't understand why this is?


In addition to this, I believe that my initial 12 month contract has now expired. Will my broadband service carry on with the same monthly billing as before, i.e. £32 per month? My 12 month contract was for Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband, and was 32 per month, including line rental.

It looks like your discounts have expired, I'd suggest you contact our customer options team on 0800 013 2632 there not that busy at the moment so it shouldn't take too long to get through and they'll be able to offer you a new deal.  let us know how you get on!
