Billing Issues

Can anyone tell me why my bill has gone up from 18.99 to 28.99. can't get to speak to anyone.

Are you by any chance on a conctract that gives you a discount for the first few months?  E.g. some 18-month contracts give you free broadband for the first 12 months.

I didn't get the service until July last year so the year isn't up yet

As I said "E.g." (for example).  Could it be that you had free BB for nine months?

It's quite possible that one of the staff will respond to your post and request that you send them a private message with your user name; they will then be able to explain the increase, but it's Saturday so this may not happen till Monday.
