i renewed my fibre contract with you on the 18/12/18
you agreed on a cost of £3.51 on a new 12 mth contract as I had already paid for line rental saver
I have just had a email say that my bill be the full price of £15.99
I'm not very happy with this and i see im not the only one thats having problems with the new billing system
can you please correct this error
