Billing Issue - Plusnet Overcharging -Question 190289866

Hi

Could someone from Plusnet please arrange for this to stop and credit my account or send me a cheque for the monthly over charges so far i.e from 04 June 2019 to 07 October 2019.

I've added the £4.99 discount which should have been on from the start of your contract and credited the over payments made up till now. 

Really sorry that it's taken so long to sort out. Hopefully everything should be good moving forward!

Please note I was also give an additional discount of £3.00 so net pm £13.00 from the start of my contract.

Could you please also deal with this.

Thanks for getting back to us @SoFarSoGood. I've looked into the additional £3 discount you've mentioned and although I can't confirm via this support channel I've created a ticket on your account which can be seen here which I'll be keeping an eye on for you moving forwards.
