We arranged a new contract deal in September for a very cheap deal as a retention) and while our October bill wasn't correct, we put it down to "product change", so was prepared to let it go, but now the November bill comes none, none of the discounts are on it at all and it's at full whack.
We were advised the deal would include line rental saver would be applied automatically. Now that's totally disappeared altogether with all the discounts we were expecing and a notification has been sent out to say its due, even though it should have been renewed at the time at no charge to us.
