Up until the 5th December 2015 I had two plusnet accounts[for simplicites sake I'll call them 1 and 2]. On that day, 5/12, we agreed to cease 2 completely but to move that number across the 1. This was duly completed. However, despite my phone call last week there has not been a refund of the debits on account 2 for Dec: 28.79, Jan: 27.83 and Feb: 31.79. There has been a refund of 16.99 today. So what is going on?
