Check all Plusnet bills very carefully. It appears they have broken their bead frame and surprisingly the errors all turned out to be in their favour. My latest bill was 20% extra until we had a discussion.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Personally I check every bill from every shop or company. Add up every total, including the banks.
If you trust the people taking your money more fool you.
