Billing Error

I have been charged incorrectly for my fibre broadband. I recently changed from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra. I was told the cost would be £21. But I am now being charged line rental and fibre extra bringing the cost to approx. £40 p/month. This was not what I was told when I changed.

Can someone please help?

Apologies for the problems, it seems the discounts weren't applied on the account change. This has subsequently been resolved for you. Please let us know if we can assist further.
