Billing Error but can get through to Customer Support

I have a billing error oon my latest bill but when I try to get through to Customer Support I get automated response saying they can't take call.

Is there any way to get though?

Plusnet support has always been good before but this is rubbish,

Welcome to the forum.  😁

I think you're being a little unfair. I've criticised PN many times over the years, but we are in unprecedented circumstances.

Many customers are doing their best to help with queries on the forum, but of course they can't help with billing errors.

You've done the right thing in posting here, and I'm sure a PN staffer will answer as soon as they are able.

Me too. Been overcharged two months on the run. Been ringing 5/6 times daily since last Thursday. Tried altering payment details in my account but no go.

From another thread I found a link to report the problem and I've done that.

 

Response promised within a week.

I'll see what happens.
