Billing Confusion

HI
I recently paid up front for a year at £160 which I thought was for broadband and line rental. Now I have got an email saying they are charging me £16.99 for my service. I'm struggling to understand what this charge is for. Are they charging me  for line rental? It just doesn't add up. What have I paid for?

line rental only and it doesn't include any calls either

Unfortunately it appears you're being charged in error. For some reason although LRS was paid for on signup, it didn't actually activate on the account.
Really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. As the direct debit payment is currently processing I'm sorry to say I can't stop this from going through now, however I'll make sure the £16.99 is refunded asap.
