I am disgusted with Plusnet at the moment, I have been with you a long time with no problems at all, until recently.  You tell me you are cutting off my account because I have not made payment, the payments have been made the money has left my account, you asked for proof which was sent 31st October, still no reply..Next was e mail saying my DD was declined, phoned CS to be told they have the wrong bank details.  Anyone else having probs?Huh
