Billiing Query

I've just renewed my new contract, and then this month for the start of the new contract the bill is £10 a month more than was stated when I renewed. How do I get in contact with customer services to discuss the billing query ? I know its probably not of major importance, so I'm not in any urgent need. But was just wondering when customer service may be back up and running.

Thank you for your query, sorry for the delay in responding.

 

I have tried to call today to discuss this with you as I wanted to clarify a couple of things. The line was engaged, sorry I missed you.
