Billed wrong amount

Hi,

 

I've just checked my bills and you have managed to bill me £34.99 for the last 5 months, when you should be billing £29.99 - as per the email sent on March 31 when I changed from Broadband to Unlimited Fibre.

 

Please can you arrange for the overpaid monies to be returned asap.
