Billed twice

I checked my bank account online and I have two pending transactions for my broadband bill. This is massively inconvenient. As long as that remains a pending transaction, then I don't have enough money in my account to cover my outgoings. I am looking for an assurance that I won't be charged twice, or that I will be refunded in the event that I am. I'm fairly certain that nothing can be done on plusnet's end to get rid of  the pending transaction, so I'll just have to hope that it resolves itself quickly.

If you are indeed double charged then we can get this rectified. We would need some proof of this, however, this will be discussed with you at the time.
