Billed twice...

Really considering on switching at this time, I was late on my last payment and when I paid recently you deducted the bill twice from my bank account... what is going on?


The payments already cost me a lot, but taking £110 from my bank account, come on...

I'm very sorry to hear we've double billed you.

I've now issued you with a refund, returning one of the amounts back to your card which should land in your bank account next week. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
