Billed twice?

I've just got my bank statement after using the ATM and releasing i have less money than i should and it uncovered that i have been billed twice by Plusnet

the 2 amount of £63.34 show up with 2 different reference numbers so it cant be an error with my bank statement.
when can i expect this to be refunded as i need the money to pay off other bills that are due to come out shortly

This is a issue that we're aware of and has been dealt with already
All affected customers have been automatically refunded and the money should go back in over the next 3 to 5 working days
