I checked my bank account online and I have two pending transactions for my broadband bill. This is massively inconvenient. As long as that remains a pending transaction, then I don't have enough money in my account to cover my outgoings. I am looking for an assurance that I won't be charged twice, or that I will be refunded in the event that I am. I'm fairly certain that nothing can be done on plusnet's end to get rid of the pending transaction, so I'll just have to hope that it resolves itself quickly.
