Just received ...
We've spotted an error which meant that we attempted to take the payment for your recent Plusnet broadband bill twice.
We have reversed the transaction and will refund you for this overpayment tomorrow, we want to apologise for any issues this may cause. There's nothing you need to do, however, if this does cause you significant inconvenience you can contact our support team on 0800 587 2677.

The issue has been discussed on MSE Forums -must be a widespread issue -so much for the new billing system!!

My current bill shows a charge (of nearly £200) for line rental annual fees, which was already paid on the previous bill!
Some issues with the billing system?
Waiting 30min for phone support doesn't help the blood pressure - why so short of staff?
Hopefully sorted once I got through - fingers crossed.
