Billed twice this month

Missed my first DD payment (beginning of month). So set up a new one. However, before that cleared my service was restricted so I paid by card (21st) to unrestrict the service. The next day (22nd), the new DD payment cleared. So, been billed twice now for March. I can't get onto chat or onto anyone via the phone. 

Please can we be refunded one of the payment amounts. Thanks!

I also pay for my mobile phone bill with me bank card ive been billed twice in the same day this month and this is the 4th time in 6 months it has happened its a disgrace also this was at the start of the month 4 weeks trying to ring or live chat so havent spoke to anyone as yet furious x
