Billed twice this month
Missed my first DD payment (beginning of month). So set up a new one. However, before that cleared my service was restricted so I paid by card (21st) to unrestrict the service. The next day (22nd), the new DD payment cleared. So, been billed twice now for March. I can't get onto chat or onto anyone via the phone.
Please can we be refunded one of the payment amounts. Thanks!
