Hello,
I recently agreed to continue with Plusnet under a new 12-month contract with an upgrade to fibre broadband. My previous broadband contract, which I paid about £20 with line rental due to discounts, was ending on the 7th of November. The new fibre connection was supposed to activate on the 8th. Due to engineer availability, it was postponed to the 13th. I have just received a new bill, which to my surprise was the full price of my previous contract. My new contract, even with the supposedly faster fibre connection, was actually much cheaper than the full price of my previous contract. If bills are paid upfront, I was supposed to pay this new discounted fibre broadband. But due to the delay, I now have to pay my previous bill without a discount which is very expensive, to enjoy a couple of days of my old broadband connection
. I was wondering if this is something normal? Any suggestions?
