Re: Service notice #242801169 I have received an email stating that I'm to be charged for migrating away during contract. The migration was initiated on the 22nd July just after I received notification on line rental increase. Can you remove this charge from my account. Thanks,
Hi Jimmy, I've checked your account and can see the notification of the price increase was sent through to you on 20/07/15, however the orders from your new provider to migrate the services away don't seem to have been placed until 01/09/15. Unfortunately as the migration was started more than 30 days after we sent the notification through, the charges would be applicable.
