Billed and DD payment taken but service provided late - how to get refund?

On 23 Dec my broadband should have been upgraded to fibre extra unlimited.  It all seemed to go well and I was duly invoiced but the upgraded service didn't work.
i was still on the old package.
I queried this and was told that the order hadn't been placed with BT Wholesale and it wouldn't be actioned for a week.
Sure enough a week later, the upgraded service started working but Plusnet still took the full payment for the upgraded service.
Please can you refund me for 1 week?

PS. I also tried to raise this as a ticket via the member centre but it doesn't seem to be possible anymore.
So I am posting here.
