Billed after cancelling account

Hi,
We are continuing to be billed monthly by plusnet despite cancelling our contract. Plusnet sent us an email acknowledging our termination of the contract and we have paid the early cancellation fees.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Is there any legal action that can be taken?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Me too. I left on 1/11 and they still continue to hound me for £14.99 a month, and it is pretty much impossible to contact them other than waiting on the end of a phone for half an hour.
