Billed Three Payments in March

Hi
Some confusion on my account as was billed three times in March: once for normal payment, once for calls only and once for different bundle. Know that this arose as would be purchaser of my house tried to transfer phone line to BT and have had confirmation that this will not take place until requested by me. Will the two additional payments be refunded in next bill?

I will have a look into this for you and confirm is any refunds are applicable on your account via a ticket if that's okay?

I've created Ticket: 83428957 detailing your refunds.
To explain on here: it seems that when the order was placed to transfer the phone line to BT your phone component was scheduled for cancellation and when this completed and we re-added it it didn't take into account LRS. This has now been rectified on the account.
