Bill wrong again

I have just rolled over into a new two-year contract at £23.99 per month. A bill has just been raised for £24.99.

 

Your system seems incapable of making changes correctly. I had a similar problem when my last contract began.

This seems to have slipped through the net. It didn't come up in a search for me and your adviser on Facebook couldn't find it either.
