Bill wrong again

You have raised an incorrect bill for the second month in a row. I can't access the bill to get a breakdown, but the email says it's £29.98. It should be £18.99. Please get your system sorted out!

I have again been overcharged by £10.99. Please confirm that the usual refund will be issued.

 

Next month should be £23.99.
