Hi I have been with Plusnmet for years, but made the mistake of changing my plan a year ago. Since then it has all gone wrong. I agreed a renewal price of £30 around June last year, but kept being billed a much higher amount. Around August it was fixed and then I received no bills from around September, was told not too worry there was a fault with the billing system. My billing has just restarted at £41.57 , but with no explanation as to why the higher amount, or what has happened to the missing bills. Can someone resolve this please.
