Bill went up by £35 last month.

Just noticed my bill from last month. I know prices have gone up this year, but that seems like a bigger increase than normal. Any Plusnet staff know what's up?

@OryxCallotis If you compare the details on page 3? (the breakdown of charges) with the previous month, does this give you any clues?

You haven't reached end of contract, by any chance? I gave myself a nasty shock one year!

Just checked my last bill and found I’ve been charged twice for line rental.
Plusnet are investigating.

I’m blaming British Gas……

Hi @OryxCallotis, I've just checked your account and it does look like you're out of contract. It would be best to have a chat with our customer options team if you're looking to re-contract, I can get someone to give you a ring if you like? - Adam

If that's possible, then yes please. I had no idea the contract would expire. Shocked

Hey @OryxCallotis,

Thanks for getting back in touch. I'd be happy to arrange this, please send me a Private Message with a number the team can reach you on and a preference for when we try and ring Smiley

Can the staff send a PM to request the required information?
