My bill came through from Plus Net and is £64. It should be £25.99.
I moved home at the end of January and for whatever reason something seemed to go wrong with my account and I haven't had a bill since January. I even contacted Plus Net about this and they said everything would work itself out and there would be no penatlies as the issue was their end.
I had issues with my move and got a credit put onto my account and it was explained to me that this covered my Feb bill, see the support ticket/question I raised with support ID:#199312876.
The bill makes zero sense as it lists a variety of credits and a variety of line rental changes. It is very confusing.
As you can understand I am quite frustrated that I can't seem to get in touch with PlusNet at all via the traditional means and they're going to take more than expected. Which isn't great in these uncertain financial times. Poor form Plus Net.
