Bill paid a week ago but still restricted

Hi, I paid my bill over a week ago, and find my account to still have restrictions applied? Some online games won’t log in on games console and when trying to visit plus net website on the WiFi it loads a blank page advising billing issue. When visiting my account on 5g network, it says my bills are up to date. I’ve restarted the router a number of times. Please help.
