Bill not showing half-price BB

this is showing "Plusnet Essentials (Contracted) - Market 1 charge 01/03/2013 31/03/2013 £12.99"
however signed up for half-price which i was told would be £5.99(monthly). This is shown in My Account order BP02099138
It looks like I am being overcharged - please could this be amended, Thanks.

You should have a second one showing the discount but then again I could be wrong

You're discount was not added correctly due to a mismatch with the discount date and your billing date. We'll refund the difference for you on this bill and I've made sure that it will be added to your future bills as you signed up for,
We've also replied to your ticket.

Thanks I also raised in the ticket the issue of my Line Rental Saver which I paid on 01/02/2013 but I have not received a refund on the one month's line rental I paid when I signed up on 31/01/2013.
