Bill issue

No bills for x months, ticket logged and now noticed you have setup bill to take money from account on 24th august, I cannot see a bill for this and will not be paying a bill until I can actually see the bill. My bt sports app has not worked since feb and expect something to be deducted for this, I have asked for call backs and had nothing, i have had plusnet staff pretend they have phoned me but they have not, so as i said, no bill or discussion about my account then i have no option but to cancel my DD.
