I moved from a monthly broadband contract to a 18 month fibre broadband contract. I've just received my first bill and I was expecting it to be around £30 including line rental, fibre and phone. Instead it's over £40 and I can't make any sense of the detailed bill breakdown. There seem to be random additions and deductions for line rental and broadband, I have no idea where they've come from. When I took out the contract, I was told it would be £30, so I'm quite shocked by the sudden increase.
I've taken a look and that last invoice does look confusing, so apologies for that. I've refunded the over payment to bring it down to the agreed amount on this service notice. The discounts don't appear to have queued themselves correctly so these have been re-added and confirmed here. You'll receive an automated refund email in two hours once our system has fully processed it.
