Bill has increased instead of decreased

I wanted to reduce my monthly bill so I removed unlimited calls from my plan and changed to line only. I’m currently part way through a contract for fibre broadband and the price I had for that should stay the same until December. However the confirmation email after I removed unlimited calls says my next bill will increase to the post-contract broadband price next month (August). This can’t be right surely?

Fix

It's a bug in the system, the confirmation doesn't take into account any discounts you have. These should remain after the call plan change.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
