How long ago was this? I've just tried to find your account from the details you've added in your forum profile, but the account's showing to have been archived in our systems due to how long ago it was closed.
Have we recently sent you a reminder to pay, or has a debt collections agency got in touch with you?

I can see you've said this was around two years ago, in this case I suspect you've been contacted by a debt collections agency? If that's the case, you'd need to call the company who had got in touch with you, or if they offer an online payment through their website you could try paying that way. Let me know though if you need further help.
