Hi, when I signed up to Plusnet last month I was supposed to be paying £28.22. So why am I being charged £29.64? Also when it is free evening and weekend calls what classes as 'evening'? As I was also charged £2.13 for making a call at 18:19. I thought evening was anytime after 18:00?

I think that the time band was changed many years ago and it is now 7 pm to 7 am .

Just to clarify, the Evening period would be from 7PM to 7AM. For further information, please see this article on our site.
