Hello,
I've changed my bill date to the 28th of each month as I get paid on the last Thursday of each month.
Am I correct in assuming that the bill is generated on the 28th? So the payment won't be due for x amount of days after.
Or is the 28th when payment is due?

If you've changed your billing date to the 28th then this will be the day your bill is generated and payment will only be taken the same day if you pay by debit/credit card.
If you pay by direct debit then your payment will go out within 3 to 5 working days from the 28th
