I pay 11.49 a month, just got a nemail saying 16.49pound is coming out !
"We'll soon be taking a payment of £16.49, for your Plusnet service. This
will leave your account on or after 06/01/2011. "
On the invoice it says this
"5GB Additional Data Transfer Charge Until 02/01/2011  4.26 £0.74 £5.00"
I dont have any extra GBs extra a month but plusnet decided that i wanted extra GB
Really dissapointed.

got another email
"You've now used up your product's broadband usage allowance of 60GB. We've added a further 5GB of usage for the month to your account, which will add a £5.00 charge to your next subscription charge.
If you use up the additional usage before the end of your billing month, we'll continue to add more usage at the same rate."
I have set up so no extra GBS will be used if i go over.

say in your member centre?
Also, what does
https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php
show as your usage?

Ive had nothing but bother with plusnest all month my internet going off and on to no fault of my own now overcharging?
Starting to lose faith in PN tbh.

But you do - the default is to buy extra if you use your allowance - and you would have been emailed that you were approaching the limit

well i have gone over before and it just goes to low speed so all of sudden its starts charging now does it?
never happend before been with PN since 07 so...

Presumably when you changed to Extra from your previous product you didn't reset the limit
