i have been waiting for plusnet to get back to me since september
as i had no internet for two days and lost two days wages
since then i have left them and they want £147.00
i have so many mesaages if you ring they cut you off
no one answers your help assistant what does one do

Plusnet have cut back their Customer Service channels greatly. If you have no joy by phone or on these forums, I suggest you can only follow the Complaints Code of Practice (see the bottom of this page). However note that Chat does not now exist and also that there is now no link in the text to raise a ticket to the Complaints Team. Therefore the only method appears to be by post. I suggest Recorded Delivery so that it is traceable. Good luck!
