Beyond the 5 day limit still no MAC


Good Evening,
I am trying to migrate from PN to BT and  requested a MAC key on 3:08pm, Friday 21 Nov 2014  (per my Question #95015373)
Please note,      I have still not received the MAC key from PN which places PN in breach of ofcom regs for supply of the key.
I have initiated the migration with BT
Could a PN customer service person please look into this as i do not wish to receive a transfer charge on account closure.

Reading between the lines - you asked for a MAC by ticket
This isn't an acceptable method of asking for one
You need to phone Cancellations or write a letter

No, i phoned cancellations,  the request  was recorded in the ticket referenced above...........heard nothing since.

I assume you have checked closed tickets on your account
If there isn't anything there then someone has screwed up and I am sure it will be picked up tomorrow

Call cancellations again and ask that they give you the MAC code whilst you are on the call. They can do this don't take no for answer.

If you reply to a ticket, it gets put to the bottom of the queue again - your best bet is to phone cancellations as above and ask for one there and then if possible.
Fingers crossed you get it sorted soon - PN don't do this kind of thing maliciously but sometimes things do get overlooked Sad
