Being overcharged!

Hi,

Thought I'd post here as chat is disabled for being too busy and phoning has a 30 min wait!

I've recently switched to fibre (which was guaranteed at 33mbps but randomly fluctuates from 22-34mbps?!? Would be nice if you'd sort that out too) but the main problem is on my last 2 bills I've been charged £26.99. when I switched I was quoted the price would be £24.99 and have a confirmation email to say that. Contact me asap with a resolution.
