I recently decided to move to another provider for phone and broadband as my plusnet contract was coming to an end and I had found a better price.
As instructed on the site I allowed the new provider to contact plusnet.
The ending date on the contract was given to me as 10/4 and since this date was unavailable due to it being a holiday weekend (Easter Friday) I was given a date of 14/4 by the new provider.
I've now been sent an email with regards to my phone service saying that because I have not reached the minimum term I will be charged early cancellation charges.
How can I not have reached the minimum term when Plusnet themselves have informed me of the end of the contract and my moving day is after the end of the contract?
