Being harrassed for payment but I left you in August!

Hey,

So I migrated my FTTC on the 12/8/16 and my landline on the 30/8/16 and despite 2 unanswered support questions (132892410 & 131939430) am being sent emails telling me my direct debit has been cancelled and invoices for FTTC broadband that you no longer provide me!

Would someone respond to the support questions and then refund me for monies I've paid for services you no longer provide me.

I have raised this as a formal complaint (133382108 ) and expect a reply to that specific ticket within the 5 day timeframe you suggest otherwise I will have to escalate this to CISAS.

Hi there, I'm disappointed to read about this. I'm going to pick this up with a manager of our billing team to ensure it's given the urgency it needs.

Hello,

I had an update to Ticket number 133382108 whereby I am going to receive a cheque for £15.69 - since then all my customer info hase been deleted so I cannot update the ticket to suggest that I have not received the cheque yet.

Any idea how long this could take?
