So my contract ended . Payments until then were a steady 25:99
so - Jan 2nd 2019 billed 25:99
then Jan 29th 2019 billed 34:98
called plusnet, they told me my contract had ended and needed to arrange another.
Agreed to 29:99 a month, but then was billed as follows :
Feb 13th 2019 billed 48:29
March 1st 2019 billed 43:69
Called Plusnet and asked why I was charged so much more and was given an explanation that made no sense and when I asked for an explanation he just repeated what he had said.
I feel robbed by Plusnet , already I have paid 150:00 and am awaiting my next bill
